The Miya Poker Table is currently available for pre-order, with the next shipment scheduled to ship in June.

Shipping & Receiving

All BBO tables ship via fully insured freight on a pallet to help ensure a safe and secure delivery. Once your order arrives at the local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note that standard freight deliveries are curbside only.

Because these tables are substantial in size and weight, we strongly recommend having at least two adults available to receive and move the shipment safely. Before delivery day, please make sure the path into your home or business is clear and that the space is prepared in advance.

When your order arrives, carefully inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Confirm that the number of boxes matches the paperwork and check the packaging for any visible signs of damage, including tears, punctures, dents, crushed corners, or opened boxes. If there is any visible damage or if any boxes are missing, it must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

If a box appears damaged, please refuse that damaged box only and accept the remaining undamaged pieces. Be sure to document the damage with the carrier before signing, and take clear photos of both the packaging and the affected item so replacement parts can be arranged promptly.

If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, it must be reported with photos within 3 business days of delivery. Please note that damage that occurs after delivery, including while moving the table into the home or during installation, is not covered.
